The A3 Northway project involved the reconstruction and upgrading of a 2km section of the existing carriageway, southwest of its junction with Seagoe Road to its junction with Kernan Loop, from a 3 lane to a 4 lane carriageway. Junction Improvement works where also completed at the Seagoe Road and Kernan Loop junctions.
