The project comprised the widening of the existing North Down Coastal Path at Seapark, between Holywood and Cultra Avenue, Co. Down, to create a 2.5m wide foot and cycle path along the route. Associated works included the construction of DDA compliant concrete ramps, steps and edge protection railings.
