Gibson’s have recently been awarded Phase 2 Works James Park, on behalf of Turkington Construction. The project will provide a circa 17,000m² car park with provision for future EV charging. The scope of work includes:
- Stormwater collection system – (including 1800mm diameter attenuation pipework SUDS)
- Mechanical and electrical siteworks
- Bulk earthworks
- Pavement construction
- Reinforced concrete and formwork
- SMA Surfacing
- Contractor designed retention structure
